The Entrepreneurs Solutions Summit celebrates the hopes and ambitions of entrepreneurs that strive in the challenging market to win. The summit organized annually by African Bagg Recruitment, brings together like-minded entrepreneurs and influential business leaders to share ideas, inspiration, insights and gain actionable strategies and innovative solutions to grow and thrive businesses.
The 2nd Annual Entrepreneurs Solutions Summit will focus on how small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can create wealth, leverage on opportunities to keep ahead of competition and create positive impact in the current economic challenges.
SMEs are the pivot of our economic growth and therefore this full day event brings together entrepreneurs to share best practices and solutions to strengthen businesses.
About the Organizer
African Bagg Recruitment is one of the leading human capital and business consultancy firms in Ghana. Format of the Programme
The programme has been broken down into three sessions.
o Presentation from Keynote Speakers
o Two small breakout streams deep-dive into the heart of current issues emphasising present trends and future possibilities lead by focus session leaders.
o Compilation and presentation of small group discussion reports.

Chris Kirubiis one of Kenya’s wealthiest businessmen philanthropist. He is a Director at Centum Investment Company Limited, a business conglomerate, in which he is the largest individual shareholder; a 49% stake in Haco Tiger Brands, which manufactures food and beauty products, the DHL franchise in Kenya and extensive commercial and residential real estate in Nairobi.
Myma Belo-Osagie is the Managing Partner for Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie Barristers and Solicitors. She also heads its Telecommunications and Oil & Gas teams. Myma is ranked as a “leading lawyer” for her corporate, mergers and acquisitions (Chambers Global Guide), project finance (IFLR 1000 and Who’s Who Legal), finance and telecommunications (Legal 500) work. She sits on the board of directors of various companies and acts as a trustee on the board of several not-for-profit organisations, including the African Leadership Foundation, the Growing Businesses Foundation, the African Wildlife Foundation and the Art and Business Foundation.
Tony Oteng-Gyasi is the President of Association of Ghana Industries, and Managing Director and Chairman of Tropical Cable and Conductor Ltd, the largest manufacturer of crates and pallets in Ghana.The modern factory is the only wholly Ghanaian owned Cable Manufacturing Company in Ghana. The Company manufactures electric and telecommunications cables and is the first cable manufacturer in Ghana with ISO 9001 Certification. In 2007 he again set up the only continuous casting and rolling factory for the production of EC Grade Aluminum Rod in West Africa. The company, Western Rod & Wire Ltd. has become a source of raw material for aluminum conductor manufacturers in the region.
Nana Akua Birmeh founded Archxenus one of the leading architectural firms based in Accra.
Summary, 1st Annual Entrepreneurs Solutions Summit – 2015
Over a hundred like-minded entrepreneurs and eight influential business leaders came under one roof on Thursday, October 1st to take part in a new ground breaking event “Entrepreneurs Solutions Summit” organised by African Bagg Recruitment. The summit focused on how small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can Strategise, Sustain and Grow their businesses in Ghana’s current economic climate. The well-attended one-day event brought together entrepreneurs to share ideas, inspiration and gain actionable strategies and innovative solutions to grow and thrive their business.

The panel focused on the over arching topics of Brining Dreams into Reality, Financing and Optimising Cash Flows and Growing Business In Contemporary Times in Ghana.
Speaking on the topic “From Dreams into Reality”, Ken Ofori-Atta, Co-Founder and Former Chairman of Data Bank, urged the entrepreneurs to consider choosing the right partner when starting a business. Mr. Ofori-Atta shared his personal experience of how he shared his ideas with his friend to begin Databank. He encouraged entrepreneurs present to strive hard, dream big and be determined to achieve all set goals. The second speaker, Nana Hemaa Yaa Asaa Safoa II, the Inventor of Kente-Oke Fabric highlighted the need to be creative and innovative as influential business leaders and entrepreneurs.
The Chief Executive Officer of UT bank and President, UT Group, Mr Prince Kofi Amoabeng advised entrepreneurs to stop treating their companies as theirs but rather, they should submit themselves to the tenets of the companies.
Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom, President and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Nduom spoke on the topic “Growing Business in Contemporary Times in Ghana” highlighting the importance of the public sector to the success of the private sector, stressing that it is only through the public sector that entrepreneurs would succeed in Ghana. Other speakers included Alex Adjei-Bram CEO of SMSGH, gave an enlightening speech about leveraging on Technology and Albert Osei CEO of KoKo King spoke on Marketing and Promotions.
The last speaker, Kofi Frempong Agyei, CEO of Bullion Financial Services gave priceless tips on Financing and Investment.
