Why You must Listen to Barimah Amoaning Samuel

As a die hard youth activist, I am confident that we can take control of our lives and make everything possible in this digital era.
We’re standing on the threshold of what the World Economic Forum has called the fourth revolution. Technology is fast reshaping our continent and has the potential to change our business lives as well as our personal behaviors as people of Africa.
I believe in this new digital era Africa can grab the huge opportunity to make our systems right.
Digital is being discussed at the board level and in operational teams in organizations around the world, and I think Africa should not be left out. Let’s work out unique approach of adapting in this digital era by using information technology in new and creative ways to transform our businesses and lives.

Considering our identity as black people, there is the need for consistency in the renewal of our minds, behaviors and ways of doing things. Mutual motivation, constant dialogues, seminars, workshops aimed at self help and attitudinal change should be part of our routines.
