On-air-personality and comedienne Afia Schwarzenegger has charged at the CEO of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah over his recent statement on the death of Dancehall act, Ebony Reigns saying his comment was pointless and lacks maturity.
Nana Appiah Mensah caused a stir on social media last Saturday with his latest post in the aftermath of Ebony’s tragic accident.
In a somewhat controversial tribute to Ebony, Nana Appiah suggested the late musician had wanted to be free from someone and urged the Zylofon Media CEO to make that possible by paying her bail out. He posted online saying, “We had a fruitful meeting and reached an agreement just last Tuesday.” He posted with while expressing his deepest condolences to her family, friends and the entire nation.
Sharing her thoughts on Nana Appiah’s claims, Afia Schwarzenegger has lambasted him for his pointless post.
“There was no point in what you wrote. There was no point in trying to be popular in someone’s death. If we all find a “Bullet” in our lives, our careers would have been better”, she posted on Instagram.
According to the comedienne, it was immature of the Zylofon boss to have released such information because if Nana Hemaa (Ebony) had wanted to “tell the whole world about her terms with her boss…she would have done so through radio”.
“Whatever she told you was confidential and not for your social media page”, Afia Schwar added.
